Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date (courier proof). Items must be unopened, unused, untampered, and in original sealed packaging unless the item arrived wrong or damaged.
Email cheer.dryfruit@gmail.com or call +971 55 606 5015 with your order number, issue, and photos (if damaged/wrong). We will confirm next steps and the return address. Ship back via registered courier.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection. If you request a replacement and it is available, we will send it; otherwise we refund.
Inspection typically within 2 business days after receipt; card/bank refunds may take 5–14 business days per the issuer.
Used/opened/tampered items or requests after 7 days may be refused and returned at your cost. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
