Conversation history is stored in Cheer’s database so you can resume chats and so we can improve answer quality.
Closed conversations are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
You can delete a conversation from the assistant panel at any time.
Do not submit payment card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes in chat.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
